Yes, i'm sure u agree with me because every successful story never built in just one night!


And.. the problem comes to me this morning.. i don't wanna share it to you cause i think it's not important to you! It's about how to handle event!


Then, i wanna say something to every leaders.. please, before you lead some team to work. Start to explain about your vision first. You cannot give any jobs to your people without explain it clearly! Yeah, explain it clearly! So, your people will work as good as your vision that you think!
